The Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) gives enterprising women the knowledge, networks and access they need to launch and scale successful businesses.
• Women aged 18-45 who are highly motivated with entrepreneurial ideas.
• Women with entrepreneurial ideas or recently started a business; but do not have/had access to entrepreneurial development programs.
• Women with the greatest needs who reside in communities with little to no economic opportunities and often affected by crime and violence.
• Women who completed and graduated high school and have basic computer skills.
• Women who reside in Kingston or Hanover.
